As a result of the Centerprise and SunScreenIT partnership, SunScreenIT Foundation & Centerprise International joined forces with BBC DIY SOS – for their Children In Need Big Build. This consisted of IT offices and a media lab which will be accessed by 800 girls & young women each year. Getaway Girls is a Leeds-based Charity that empowers girls and young women to build confidence, and resilience, raise aspirations, develop new skills and create brighter futures. Over 800 young women will now be able to access IT, Media, & Recording Equipment & Editing Software, allowing them to have fun, channel their creativity, & build vital skills in an ever-growing IT-reliant market.
We are proud of our ongoing partnership with SunScreenIT and we believe it’s a great example of Corporate Social Responsibility in IT Asset Disposal. This amazing project is a great example of how a simple change in IT Asset Disposal provider can make a difference in the wider world.
