Service Implementation

The first stage of any implementation of the Centerprise Managed Device-as-a-Service is to establish the detailed customer requirements and the current configurations. To facilitate this, the customer may request an initial Implementation meeting with Centerprise Subject Matter Experts. This may also be incorporated with the Centerprise Project Management facility, if required, in a Project Initiation meeting. In order to ensure the project is delivered on time and in line with the schedule agreed with the customer, Centerprise will follow our standard project approach, which includes appropriate project governance and methodologies that help minimise risk, manage change, and support delivery on time, on budget, and to the required quality.

As part of this high-level Statement of Work, Centerprise will produce an outline milestone plan that identifies the key delivery milestones, obligations (roles and responsibilities) and any key dependencies. On contract award, our appointed project manager will work with the Customer and any third-party suppliers to define a detailed project plan and implementation schedule that supports delivery. Our approach to project governance will adhere to PRINCE2 methodologies conducted through qualified PRINCE2 (practitioner level) project managers, carefully selected for their experience working on similar projects. Successful delivery of the service over its full term will be built on creating an environment of mutual trust and understanding, open and high-quality communications, and a joint approach to managing the delivery of the contract. This will ensure that the core aspects of contract management (Contract Administration, Service Delivery, and Relationship Management) are addressed by Ci and the Customer to mutual, ongoing benefit of both parties.
